This is a meditation is designed for the Charter for Compassion course entitled "Cultivating Compassion through Travel."
However, it is useful for anyone interested in receiving and sending compassion from and to loved ones, acquaintances, and people all over the world.
This Course and this meditation will assist you in becoming more compassionate.
